Just Real Quick…

Just sort of an aside this afternoon. I’m very busy today reading, watching Humphrey Bogart movies, and drinking chocolate milk.

I just wanted your opinion on something. I’m listening to all this about the Sotomayor confirmation hearing and I keep hearing about the New Haven firefighters and their “reverse discimination” case.  I’m really sick of the term “reverse discrimination”. Discrimination is discrimination. What’s with the “reverse”? I don’t like the term “reverse racism” either. Racism is racism.

    Couldn’t agree more. Certain groups are obviously more discriminated against than others, but discrimination means the same thing, no matter who you are. Right?

    I’m discriminated against every time I refuse to give someone on the street money…and I get called White see you next tuesday or white bitch or just a generic FUCK YOU Then!!! LOL
